Multi-Unit
The design of multi-unit type developments requires a focus on the contextual opportunities and restraints of each specific site.  The undertaking of each design solution must recognise the site conditions, a concept that not only reflects site views and features but also recognises the neighbourhood character and planning environment within which it is proposed.  DE atelier understands that the design of multi-unit developments must recognise the economic viability of the project with respect to marketability, quality of outcome and timely resolution.
