Case Study:
Oakdene Estate at Ocean Grove
DE atelier Architects have undertaken the preparation of Design Guidelines and consulted on the master plan, estate theme and land sales office design for the 1000 residential lot development.
DE atelier Architects also co-ordinates all compliance assessments of dwellings within the estate.
These Design Guidelines assist in developing a consistently high standard of housing that compliment the open-space network and landscaped character of the region. Oakdene estate is a fast growing and sought after address.
