DE atelier Architects is a senior‑led boutique architecture studio, founded in 2003 by principals Briony Darcy and Leon Eyck.
We are intentionally scaled to ensure hands‑on principal involvement on every project, offering clients direct access to experience, clear decision‑making and thoughtful design leadership from start to finish.
Our work spans residential, education, community and civic projects across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast, Melbourne and regional Victoria. We are known for design responses that are pragmatic, sustainable and deeply connected to place, balancing architectural ambition with real‑world constraints.
With extensive experience navigating planning frameworks, consultant coordination and public‑sector processes, we bring clarity and confidence to complex projects. Our approach is collaborative and grounded — shaped by listening carefully to clients, engaging with communities, and delivering outcomes that are robust, enduring and well resolved.
