K1 UNION ST
13 storey (+ basement) luxury apartment building located on Albert Park Lake. All apartments occupy a complete floor level and the building features a fully landscape facade including full size trees.
TORQUAY RETAIL DEVELOPMENT
De Atelier Architects carried out the master planning and detailed design for this large bulky good retail development. Design included full site planning incorporating car parking and delivery requirements.
MT WAVERLEY TOWN HOUSES
Five double storey townhouse development with three detached 4 bedrooms dwellings and two 2 bedroom dwellings. Reducing impact on street scape and following the contour of the site with provision for vehicle access to the rear of the site were important considerations in the design.
BLACKBURN TOWN HOUSES
Four 2-storey townhouses divided into two attached arrangements each dwelling sharing only one dividing wall to its neighbour. The design has been developed around preserving the existing gum tree, that is a significant feature of the streetscape.
MT BULLER CHALETS
Four multilevel chalets on individual lots which sit on the natural terrain. The simple and natural material pallet incorporating feature stonework, a matt charcoal metal cladding, and ‘timber’ feature elements and cladding, compliment and refine the asymmetrical forms of the chalets and allow them to sit within the landscape without dominating the surrounding natural environment.
