A four level, twenty eight room hotel located in the heart of the Dinner Plain Village commercial core.

This project involved the design of a boutique five star serviced apartment hotel.  De atelier engaged with the local community and worked with the local council and shire management from the initial design phase through the planning application and beyond ensuring the smooth progression of the deisgn through the approval process. Collaboration ensured the project was in line with the master plan objectives of Dinner Plain set out by the Alpine Shire and met commercial expectations of the client.
