de atelier hub is one of our project that involves the adaptive reuse and transformation of an existing building into a contemporary work‑sharing hub, supporting flexible modes of work and collaboration within a local community context. The design responds to the evolving nature of work by providing a mix of shared and private workspaces within a calm, well‑lit environment.

Internal spaces are organised to encourage interaction while allowing for focused, independent work. Generous natural light, clear circulation, and visual connections between spaces contribute to an open and welcoming atmosphere. Shared amenities are centrally located to support daily use and informal exchange, reinforcing a sense of community among users.

The architectural approach balances functionality with restraint, retaining the character of the existing building while introducing a clear contemporary layer. Material choices are robust and refined, suited to high‑use environments. The project delivers a flexible, adaptable workplace that supports creativity, productivity, and connection.
