The Rendine Constructions Headquarters marks a fresh chapter for the company, the site, and the building itself. The project involved transforming a structure originally assembled from leftover materials found in the building’s own junkyard. This presented a challenge for DE atelier Architects to create a unified aesthetic and shared understanding of the space.

The solution was the introduction of two bold, refined transitional elements. The first is a large space frame at the entry, signaling the building’s transformation. The second is a stair tower that connects the single-storey entry area to the first- and second-floor office spaces within the old factory. As visitors move through these elements, the building gains a stronger sense of unity and coherence.
