Yellowgums Residence

Ocean Grove

Residential

Yellowgum project involves the considered development of a new building responding to the site’s landscape character and environmental context. The proposal is designed to sit comfortably within the Yellowgum estate, balancing built form with generous open space and retention of natural features.

The design prioritises a clear relationship between indoor and outdoor living, with carefully oriented spaces to maximise natural light, outlook, and passive environmental performance. Built form, materials, and roof profiles are informed by the surrounding landscape and neighbouring development, aiming to achieve a low‑impact and cohesive outcome.

Vehicle access, private open space, and service areas are discreetly integrated to maintain the visual quality of the site. The project has been developed with consideration of planning controls, site constraints, and best‑practice residential design principles, delivering a well‑resolved and contextually responsive outcome.
