Plans were unveiled recently for the Marina Hub - a major piece of the Martha Cove & Safety Beach jigsaw puzzle. The Martha Cove Design Review Committee are also busy reviewing proposed house plans with their design guidelines ensuring there is a cohesive feel to this now sought after enclave.
With all this momentum, DE atelier have reflected on our involvement in this development. with two existing built projects on the canal and another in the approval process. The development might have had a checkered history but it's really taking shape and we're proud to have contributed.
